Orleans Parish Communciation District has partnered with Citibot to launch “Jazz”, an automated customer service chatbot for residents of New Orleans. Now, residents can easily access city information and services with Jazz’s Text Chat and Web Chat features that are accessible 24/7 thanks to Citibot’s AI technology.
