New Orleans makes customer service easy in the big easy

As of today, New Orleans is the first U.S. city to have a fully automated and integrated SMS and Web Chat system for its 311 center. Orleans Parish Communciation District has partnered with Citibot to launch “Jazz”, an automated customer service chatbot for residents of New Orleans. Now, residents can easily access city information and services with Jazz’s Text Chat and Web Chat features that are accessible 24/7 thanks to Citibot’s AI technology.
