Thao is ProcureNow's Chief Customer Officer. In addition to his 3 years of leading ProcureNow from one customer to being a market leader, he has over 20 years of domain experience as the former CTO of Public Systems Associates (1999-2005), Head of Products, Operations, and Sales at Granicus (2005-2015), and Major Account Executive for Cedexis (2015-2018, acquired by Citrix). He also serves as advisor to Citibot, a government technology startup that empowers citizen engagement through accessible chat communications.
